General Provisions

This Public Offer establishes the procedure for interaction between the online store Three Mississippi and IE (Individual Entrepreneur) Protsko I.I., located at 31/33 Kudryavska St., Kyiv, 04053, Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), regarding the conclusion of a Sales Agreement for goods via remote selling through the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The Seller publishes this Public Offer on the official website Three Mississippi (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

The moment of full and unconditional acceptance of the offer (acceptance) by the Buyer is the fact of payment for the order under the terms of this Agreement, within the timeframes and at the prices indicated on the Website.

Terms and Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• "Goods" — products presented on the Website.

• "Online Store" — a tool for presenting or selling goods by conducting an electronic transaction in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce."

• "Seller" — IE Protsko I.I.

• "Buyer" — a natural person who has entered into an Agreement with the Seller.

Payment Procedure

Prices for any items of Goods indicated on the website are valid at the time the order is placed.

Payment for the order through the Website signifies the Buyer's full consent to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Delivery Terms

When placing an order, the Buyer specifies delivery requirements through the Website.

The schedule for order processing and delivery during holidays is posted on the website.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Buyer has the right to:

• Place an order through the Website;

• Conclude an electronic agreement through the Website;

• Demand fulfillment of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Other Conditions

The Online Store reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement, provided that such changes are previously published on the website.

Final Provision

The online store has the right, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, to grant the right to use the online platform to individual entrepreneurs and legal entities for the sale of goods.
