• Carrier: Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Post" courier service.

• Free Delivery: Shipping across Ukraine is free for orders totaling 1,200 UAH or more.

• Paid Delivery: For orders under 1,200 UAH, the shipping cost is paid by the Buyer according to the carrier's rates.

• Schedule: Order processing and dispatching take place 7 days a week (no days off).

• Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.

• Delivery Time: The delivery timeframe depends on the destination region and the carrier's schedule.

• International Shipping: International delivery is available. Terms and shipping costs for international orders are calculated individually based on the carrier's rates.

• Documentation: Along with the order, the Buyer is provided with all necessary documents in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Payment

• Payment Methods: Orders are paid online via the website's acquiring system using a bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

• Completion of Payment: Payment is considered complete once the funds are credited to the Seller's account.

• Confirmation: Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation at the provided email address.

When paying for an order by bank card on Three Mississippi payment processing (including the entry of card details) is performed on a secure page of the payment system.

This means that your bank card data — including the card number, expiration date, CVV code, and other confidential information — is neither transmitted to nor stored on our website. All payment processing is carried out in accordance with international security standards.
