Natural processing

Natural processing is when the beans dry whole within the cherry. Whether on concrete patios or elevated African beds, the fruit undergoes a slow drying process of up to four weeks. Naturally processed coffees are known for their vibrant, fruit-forward profiles, typically featuring notes of blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry.

Water 92-93°C

The water should be clear and completely odorless. The ideal range for total dissolved solids (TDS) is between 50 and 175 mg/L.
