Returns and Exchange

Returns of products purchased from the Three Mississippi online store are processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection."

The Buyer has the right to return goods of good quality within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that all legal requirements are met.

Conditions for returning goods of good quality

• The product has not been used.

• The product's original appearance and condition are preserved.

• The packaging is undamaged.

• A proof of purchase (receipt) is provided.
  
  Please note: In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, food products of good quality are non-returnable and non-exchangeable if they have been opened or if the integrity of the packaging has been compromised.

Defective or Damaged Goods

In the event of receiving a product of improper quality or one damaged during transit, the Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide photo documentation.
