This coffee has 3 times less caffeine compared to our classic lots. Dark berries and grape juice in the aroma, like a ripe harvest in cool air. The taste unfolds with a bright dark grape candy, transitions into the soft sweetness of dried pear and banana, and finishes with a subtle bitterness of bird cherry—cool, slightly tart, leaving a clean aftertaste. The coffee sounds juicy and rounded, without sharp turns.

Infused processing

Infusions are coffees with enhanced aromatics, where a specific flavor note is introduced from the outside. This happens during the fermentation process, ensuring the flavor persists in the beans through both the roasting and brewing stages.

Water 92-93°C

The water should be clear and completely odorless. The ideal range for total dissolved solids (TDS) is between 50 and 175 mg/L.

To brew a balanced drink, we recommend using the following ratio: 6 g of coffee (approximately one heaping teaspoon) for every 100 ml of water.
