Method

Pour 200 ml of hot water (70-75°C) over 2 level teaspoons (3.6 g) of coffee. At this temperature, you’ll be able to take a comfortable sip immediately. Stir it thoroughly and enjoy! Of course, feel free to play around with the coffee-to-water ratio until you find your perfect balance...
