Funky Colombia Del Otun
At hot temperatures, the coffee impresses with a rich and dynamic bouquet, where notes of fermented plum, apple, and drunken cherry are immediately perceived in the aroma and taste. These fruit chords bring vivid energy to the cup. As the cup cools slightly, a gradual flavor evolution occurs: complex notes of prune and other dried fruits emerge, masterfully intertwined with nuances of smoked oak barrel. In the finish—a mature aftertaste with sweet and even light alcoholic undertones.
